If the order has been sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. This is trackable via the couriers website and will show you the location of the item as it been delivered to you.
We ship smaller products internationally such as the tail gate struts, but are unable to ship larger and bulkier items such as bull-bars. For all international enquiries, please use the contact form for a quote.
Assuming that the item is in a new and resalable condition, we offer a free returns service.
*Please note that free returns are only permitted if you would like to: - Exchange for another product. -Store credit (our store credit does not expire!). -Refund to original payment method. (In this instance we will deduct $10 from the refund to help cover our postage costs.)
If you are returning your product for these reasons below you will need to cover the costs of your return postage.
