GRUNT 4X4 PTY LTD - DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

DELIVERY

Grunt 4x4 offers shipping on all items, and delivers to every state in Australia. We do also ship internationally and prices are calculated at checkout. 
Please understand large items such as ute mats, heavy battery trays and items over 1m may not be able to be shipped internationally. 
If this is the case with an order we will contact you immediately. 

 

If you live in a remote area (NT, QLD, WA etc.) you may be up for a postage surcharge on larger/heavier items.

 

*PLEASE NOTE*
The below delivery times were accurate previous to COVID-19. 
In some instances we are seeing up to 4-6 weeks for delivery in remote areas. 
Please dont let this deter you, in most cases there is no issue. 
This is due to lack of postage carrying flights, road freight and general downsizing of postal service workforce due to law requsites, sickness ect. 

Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded) (please see below for delivery time for ute mats and oversize items)

Please note : Rubber ute mats due to their size are sent by road freight. This is done to ensure competetive and fair freight cost for our customers.

Depending the area this may take up to 14 business days. 
There is no other option due to the size and weight of the parcel. 
Average mat size is 150cm and 19kg. 

 

POSTAGE & DISPATCH

After payment is cleared 90% of all items are dispatched within one business day, however please see below for estimated delivery times by state. Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post depending on its size and weight.

Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.

Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number which will be sent to you once the item has been despatched and accepted by the nominated freight carrier.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 20kg or longer than 100cm.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

The courier may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle with some of the larger items. Our couriers deliver to the property entrance only.

We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Buyers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot.
